Grid queue intelligence · Ontario, Alberta, Texas

The grid queue decides who gets built. We read it first.

Every project waiting for power in the IESO, AESO and ERCOT queues, read each morning. The businesses that build, power and finance them hear what moved first.

Read every project, every morning

Each queue report is compared with the previous one: new entries, stage changes, size revisions, in-service dates that slipped, projects that disappeared. Nothing is sampled and nothing is skipped.

Interpret it for your business

Every project is scored against what you build, power or finance, the markets you work in and the sizes you serve. A contractor and an investor looking at the same queue receive different conclusions.

Confirm it when it counts

Where the operator's record is not enough, we speak to the developer, the engineer of record or the utility. What we confirm ourselves is labelled as such, with source and date.

Deliver it to your inbox

A short note each morning with the handful of projects that matter to you, a one-page profile on any project on request, a weekly brief across all three markets, and a monthly record of what you received and acted on.

Six kinds of business depend on the same queue.

Each is answering a different question. We answer it for each of them from the same record.

Build
Contractors, EPCs and equipment manufacturers
Every queued load is a future build. Know it exists, where it stands and when procurement is forming, before the tender.
Power
Bridge and behind-the-meter power providers
Loads waiting on grid capacity, with dates. These are the customers for interim generation, identified while they are still waiting.
Power
Rental and temporary power
Projects entering construction and commissioning, by region and by size, as they enter.
Power
Generators and independent power producers
Large new loads that will need firm supply in your territory, surfaced before they contract elsewhere.
Build
Data-centre developers and large-load operators
Who else is competing for capacity in your zone, how far along they are, and what has stalled.
Finance
Infrastructure investors and lenders
Positions that go on hold, get withdrawn or change hands, with the operator's record behind each one, before the market reads it.

The record we work from.

Figures are drawn live from our database of the three operators' queues. Project identities are withheld on this page; clients receive the names, the developer and the operator's full record.

ONTARIO · IESO0projects12.1 GW of load waiting for connection
ALBERTA · AESO0projects18.5 GW of load waiting for connection
TEXAS · ERCOT0projects438 GW of generation and storage in queue
Each dot is a point on the operator's territory; the sweep is the morning read. Texas publishes a generation queue only.

Standards we hold ourselves to.

Operator record first

Every fact we publish traces to the grid operator's own filing or to a conversation we had ourselves. We say which, on every item.

Confirmed is labelled confirmed

What we verified by phone carries the source and the date. What is an estimate is called an estimate. We do not fill gaps to make a story read better.

Discretion

We do not disclose who our clients are, what they are looking for, or that they are looking. Anything a client shares with us stays with us.

Yours to act on

Every lead carries a reference number, the operator's record and a next step, so your team can act the same morning. Where you would rather we make the approach, we do it under your name, on terms agreed in advance.

See what the queue says about your business.

Tell us what you build, power or finance and where. We will read the current record against it and send you a sample within one business day.

No mailing list and no follow-up sequence. One sample, then a conversation if you want one. Your request is not shared.
